#TheTuesdaySpecial Recap & Playlist – Sampling in 2016 with @imdonniehouston

Last week’s installment of The Tuesday Special featured Donnie Houston and a great discussion regarding sampling in 2016.

As Donnie is a producer (a great one), he had plenty to say about the subject. Bottom line, sampling is important. And hey, it sounds really good.

We discussed the different types of sampling as well as the many uses for samples. Also, we got into the fact that MANY of the “top” songs of the year utilize samples. Our playlist included tracks that feature a huge array of samples.
